Mitwirkungspolitik/ -policy in accordance with § 134b “Aktiengesetz (AktG)”

If there is a corresponding agreement, NORD / LB acts as an asset manager for its customers. According to Section 134b AktG, asset managers are obliged to publish a policy in which they describe their involvement in the portfolio companies (Mitwirkungspolitik / -policy) on their website.
